I have just received the Planx 400, less than 48 hours from placing the order.
Fantastic service. Thank you so much.
As mentioned to you over the phone, I had ordered the Planx 400 from "Two Left
Feet" on 19 November and had had no news from them for nearly 20 days despite
the fact the item was (and still is) listed as "in stock" on their website.
When I phoned they informed the item was not in stock and would not be back in stock
before Christmas! I cancelled the order and rushed to try to find an alternative
shop from where I could get the toy, which is not widely available in its 400 version,
before Christmas. Luckly I came across ICBaby. Absolutely first class

mother!). The Eurotrike was the best on the market but pricey, fortunately
I found icbaby.com offering the trike at the most competitive price either online
or in shops, and even at short notice (just 4 working days a 1st birthday) I received
it in plenty of time. The icbaby.com service was very friendly, personal and quick
to respond to my request for urgency.
